Ask about your salon’s numbers, bookings, customers and gifts, get marketing and offer ideas, and request changes to settings and services that you confirm.
Open OSSALON AIOpens the page in your salon (after signing in).
What it can do
- Numbers: sales for today, this week, this month or any period, payment methods, top services, staff performance, average ticket, comparison with the previous period, quiet days and hours, expenses.
- Bookings and customers: today’s and tomorrow’s bookings, the waiting list, finding a customer by name or 8-digit number, their visits and spend, and customers who have not visited for a while.
- Gifts: gifts sold and redeemed, open balance, and looking up a gift by code.
- Advice and marketing: offer ideas based on your numbers, and Instagram/WhatsApp texts that you copy and send yourself.
- Changes: salon and POS settings, services and prices, staff details and inventory.
Changes need your confirmation
- 1Ask for the change, for example "Change the manicure price to 9 rials".
- 2A card shows the change in detail (current value ← new value).
- 3Press Confirm to apply it or Cancel. Nothing changes without confirmation, and a confirmation is valid for 10 minutes.
Limits
- It works on your salon only, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
- It never sends WhatsApp, SMS or email, and never contacts any website or service outside OSSALON. Texts it writes are for you to copy and send.
- It does not create payments, invoices or refunds, and never deletes history.
- Numbers come only from your salon’s data (paid invoices, Muscat time).
- Available to the salon owner when the OSSALON team turns it on, and in the iPhone app under More.
