OSSALON provides salon management software including booking, POS, customer management, gifts, loyalty, reports and related tools. Features may vary by subscription plan.

The salon owner is responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting credentials, managing authorized staff access and all activity performed through the account.

The salon remains responsible for the customer, staff, booking, payment and other business information entered into OSSALON. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to process that information.

Subscription prices are displayed on the OSSALON website or communicated by OSSALON. A subscription may be monthly or annual. Access can be restricted when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or remains unpaid.

You may not use OSSALON to commit unlawful activity, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious code, or misuse another person's information.

OSSALON may integrate with services such as payment providers, WhatsApp and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We aim to keep OSSALON reliable, but maintenance, third-party outages, network failures and other events may temporarily affect availability.

OSSALON or the account owner may end access subject to the applicable subscription terms. Outstanding obligations and provisions that should reasonably survive termination continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, providing notice.
